The Hermit of Lammas Wood

TheHermit_Ebook_CoverI pushed the “publish” button last night and the book is live on Amazon today. It’s still working thru the Nook and Kobo infrastructure but it should be available there, soon.

This is final book in Tanyth’s first trilogy but I’ve plans for many more stories with Tanyth. Rebecca will also be coming back in a series of her own and who knows what else might pop up.

It’s been great fun telling these tales and discovering, along with you, the twists and turns she’s made along the way. Thanks for all your support over the yeaers and I’m looking forward to the next adventure.

If that Ishmael Wang fellow weren’t so demanding… πŸ™‚

So mote it be.

Finished last night – we have to wait until 2015 for more? I, for one, can’t wait…you definitely saved the best for last. Enjoyed it immensely. Keep up the good stories. And thanks for sharing.

I’ve got 8 books on the stove at the moment, Marc. That doesn’t include any Tanyth.

We’ll have to see if I can find a new story for her and squeeze it in somewhere, but I’m not holding my breath.

Greetings Nathan,

Not sure why I like your books – nothing much happens – it’s like a casual stroll along a country lane with an old friend. No adventure, no excitement, just a warm feeling of being with a friend.

A nice change

Keep writing.

Please.

And I’m waiting (mostly patiently) for all 8 – and I fully understand…between the pesky Shaman, and old Ishmael, I’ll just have to suffer without Tanyth for a while. I suspect some new Ishmael will make up for it. No worries – and I truly enjoy all everything you’ve done. Just don’t stop πŸ™‚

Finished this latest Tanyth Fairport installment in three sittings. Excellent wrap-up for a first series. I can’t wait to get the complete audio versions.

Just saw this post today and immediately went to B&N to buy it! Can’t wait to start reading it! I thought it wouldn’t be out until February, but I’m very happy it’s out early.

Bought and read all the Tanyth Fairport books now. Thank you so much for these very immersive tales. It was a bad choice on my part to read them while on a fasting regime in preparation for a medical procedure. Darn it, you write delicious food!

The Solar Clipper books are worse in that regard. πŸ™‚

Glad you enjoyed Tanyth’s stories

Have just discovered you and speedily read through your Tanyth Fairport books. I love them! As a 50 something myself it’s great to have heroines like Tanyth and Gertie for a change. I’m very close to the end of the Hermit of Lammas Wood and I don’t want to finish it!

I’m just off to look at your Solar Clipper series now while I finish my porridge (oatmeal)… πŸ˜€

Many thanks for some wonderful books.

Never would of that you could write a series about “it’s the journey that matters not the destination”. But this is oh so good.

Thank you so much for these books. I’ve only just discovered them and just finished the first book in record time! I can’t wait to read the rest!

I’m working on getting the paperbacks up and running. Should have some new audio … soonish.

Love the tanyth series. Have read them all several times. Looking forward to the next.
Blessed be.

I hope you can find a cool quit corner in the basement this summer to read us a few fantasy stories.

Hi Nathan!
I’ve been an avid fan of all of your books since I discovered you during the very first days of Podiobooks.com, inhaling your solar Clipper series.
I’ve listened to your wonderful Cowry Catchers performance too,and your voice work is among the best in the business.
I have some pretty major health issues and am, alas, unable to read print any longer. I used to read two or three books a week and not being able to read has left a huge blank space in my intellectual life that you have helped fill, along wit Audible (expensive!) and now SCRIBD.com.
Since hearing Ravenwood, I’ve wanted more of Tanyth Fairport, (like a literary junkie!) and I’m wondering if and where you may have them published in audio, maybe even on the aforementioned audiobook sites?
Thank you so much for your wonderful work.
I am anxious to hear!

Thanks for your kind words, Mary.

The books aren’t recorded yet. I need to get them done tho. They’ll be on podiobooks and the itunes music store as free downloads just like the rest πŸ™‚

I have read all of the Tanyth books and look forward to hearing more from her in the future. Be well Nathan, we love your stories.
